Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your consultation by notifying us 24 hours in advance or you can reschedule by notifying us 3 hours in advance via email or SMS. We send an acknowledgment email or SMS as soon as we receive your request for cancellation or rescheduling. Any down payment or partial payment made to reserve your time slot for the consultation is considered forfeited once your cancellation request has been received and acknowledged. For rescheduling, we do not charge additional fees but you must reschedule at least 3 hours in advance. If you are unable to go to your scheduled consultation and/or are unable to inform us 3 hours in advance of your intent to reschedule, your consultation is then considered canceled and any down payment or partial payment made to reserve your time slot for the consultation is considered forfeited.
